Incompletes
Anyone requesting an incomplete, please notify me before exam day. I do not automatically assign incompletes without a request. We must process and submit grades very quickly after exams. The normal incomplete period is thirty days after the exam. You may request more time than that but I need an estimate. At some point in the Fall term, the records office converts incompletes to Fs if they have not received an updated form.
Exams start May 18
Labs to end of term
Open Labs will continue as scheduled throughout Finals Week.
Printing Support will remain available as previously scheduled on the open lab schedule.
The LAST open lab for the SP 09 semester will be Friday, May 22nd.
Masthead Contest extended
In an attempt to have a student design for the news college-wide newspaper we have extended the deadline for the Design the Masthead Contest and are seeking submissions through May 29, 2009 at 11:59PM. If you have any students who are interested in submitting a design for this contest, please forward the attached postcard to them.
